Actor Sebastian Newman offered us some insight into being a teen involved in theater, as well as told us how he became interested in theater and why he thinks it is important to have theater in our lives. He also embellishes on why theater training helps teenagers so much in terms of leadership, personality and during times of stress (like the COVID shutdown).
